Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

Picket Fences Properties LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Deal Maker AI Suite (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. If you sign up or log in using Google, we instead receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google, as permitted by your Google account settings — we never see or store your Google password. Your password (for email/password accounts) is stored in hashed form; we cannot read it, and no one at our company can see it.

Usage information

We record how you use the AI agents in your account — such as which agent you ran and when — so we can enforce plan usage limits, maintain the Service, and troubleshoot problems. We do not sell this information.

Billing information

We track your subscription status (for example, active, overdue, or cancelled) so we can manage your access to the Service. Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor — we do not receive or store your full card number on our own servers.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request — for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and maintain your account, and let you log in
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Enforce plan usage limits and prevent abuse
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you transactional emails — account confirmation, password resets, and service-related notices
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication (storing your account and usage records)
  • GoHighLevel (HighLevel) — our customer relationship management platform, used to keep a contact record for your account and to deliver transactional emails (such as confirmation and password-reset emails)
  • Vercel — hosts the Service and its underlying infrastructure
  • A payment processor — handles subscription billing and payment card data directly; we do not store your full card number

Each of these providers is only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information under the new owner.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to keep your session secure. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel or your account is deleted, we retain a limited set of records only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes — such as legal, tax, or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes — after which it is deleted or de-identified.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask what categories of information we've collected about you and why. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), and residents of several other states have similar rights under their own state privacy laws. Because we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no "opt out of sale" process required.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@themichaelblank.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

The Service is hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — such as encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls — designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly (for example, by email).
